What exactly is a credit?
One credit equals one successful generated headshot. $5 buys 10 credits. Credits are only consumed when a generation succeeds — you keep every image you paid for.
What happens when a generation fails?
Technical failures (provider errors, malformed output, safety blocks) are refunded automatically. We never charge for images that were not delivered. Quality taste is subjective, so there are no refunds for style preference — you simply keep the images and refill if you want more.
Which AI models do you use?
Each batch is spread across several state-of-the-art image models, blind-tested head-to-head on your own photos. You always get the current best mix, and our ranking improves with every batch.
Are the images marked as AI-generated?
Yes. All images are AI-generated and may carry invisible provenance metadata such as Google's SynthID watermark. It has no visible effect on your photos. The provenance footprint varies by the model that produced a given image.
